Cancellation and Refund Policy
At K.I.S Webtech, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of our offerings, specific terms and conditions apply to cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or making payments.
1. General Policy
Our services are customized and tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client. As such, we do not offer cancellation or refunds once a project has commenced, unless otherwise specified in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
2.1 Cancellation Before Project Commencement:
If you cancel the project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any upfront payments made.
2.2 Non-Delivery of Services:
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline and no mutual agreement for an extension has been reached, you may request a refund.
2.3 Failure to Meet Agreed Milestones:
If the deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or milestones outlined in the project agreement, we will work with you to rectify the issues. If the issues remain unresolved, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
3.1 Change of Mind:
Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after the project has commenced.
3.2 Client Delays:
Refunds will not be issued if delays or issues arise due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
3.3 Third-Party Issues:
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting services, domain registrars, etc.) and will not issue refunds in such cases.
3.4 Completed Projects:
Once a project is completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to the original payment method with in 14 days
5. Amendments and Revisions
We understand that revisions may be required during the course of the project. Minor revisions are included as part of the service. However, extensive revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges and are not eligible for refunds.
